Stargazer Cannabis Festival – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending the Stargazer Cannabis Festival, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Admission & Eligibility

• The Stargazer Cannabis Festival is a 21+ event.
  
  

• Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
  
  

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who does not meet age requirements or violates festival rules.
  
  

2. Tickets & Purchases

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless required by law.
  
  

• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  
  

• Lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets may be voided.
  
  

• The Festival reserves the right to modify ticket types, pricing, or availability at any time.
  
  

3. Event Changes & Force Majeure

• The Festival lineup, schedule, location, and programming are subject to change without notice.
  
  

• The Festival is a rain or shine event.
  
  

• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, acts of God, government actions, or emergencies.
  
  

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to:

• Respect fellow attendees, staff, artists, vendors, and volunteers
  
  

• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
  
  

• Refrain from harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior
  
  

• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
  
  

Failure to comply may result in removal from the Festival without refund.

5. Cannabis & Legal Compliance

• Cannabis possession and use must comply with Ohio state and local laws.
  
  

• The Festival does not permit illegal sales, distribution, or activity.
  
  

• Attendees are solely responsible for their actions and compliance with the law.
  
  

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

• Attendance is at your own risk.
  
  

• By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with a live outdoor event, including but not limited to weather conditions, terrain, crowds, and physical activity.
  
  

• The Festival, its organizers, partners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
  
  

7. Photography, Video & Media Release

• By entering the Festival grounds, you consent to photography, video, and audio recording.
  
  

• These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes without compensation.
  
  

8. Prohibited Items & Activities

The Festival reserves the right to prohibit items or activities deemed unsafe or inappropriate, including:

• Weapons
  
  

• Illegal substances
  
  

• Aggressive or disruptive behavior
  
  

• Unauthorized vending or solicitation
  
  

9. Vendor & Sponsor Participation

• Vendors, sponsors, and exhibitors must comply with separate agreements and festival guidelines.
  
  

• The Festival reserves the right to remove vendors who violate rules or misrepresent their products.
  
  

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.stargazerfest.com. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Festival shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance or participation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
