Classic competitors roll 1 joint while being watched and timed. Once you complete the joint roll (putting joint down and hands up), your time will be recorded and the joint will be submitted to the judges for their consideration. You will be judged on that 1 joint. Judging happens in 2 rounds not the joint rolling.

Artistic division is not a watched or timed competition.

Competitors must be an attendee of Stargazer Cannabis Festival.

Artistic joint competitors are not required to construct their joints on-site and may be pre-made although joints can be started at any time as long as they are turned in before the deadline noted below.

Artistic joints must be completed and turned into Stargazer Joint Rolling Competition Staff by Saturday July 27th at 4:25pm local time. 

Judged on overall quality of roll, not on quality of cannabis.

Creativity is weighted higher with a judging scale of 1-20.

All other criteria is judged on a 10 point scale.

Each competitor supplies their own cannabis. 

Cannabis only- no tobacco or other substances.

There are no restrictions on the type and size of rolling papers used. (Papers only, no wraps)

Entries will be judged by Stargazer Cannabis Festival organizers, event staff. (Both paid and volunteer) 

All entries will be coded by number.

$10 entry fee per joint.
