Firewood Policy

Campfires are allowed at Stargazer Cannabis Festival, but only in designated fire rings. Please note: no fire rings are provided on-site, so attendees must bring their own if they plan to have a fire. Firewood is available for purchase at the festival for $20 per bundle. You are welcome to bring your own firewood, but it must be sourced from Pike County to help prevent the spread of invasive pests and insects.

Refund Policy

Weather Concerns: The festival will proceed rain or shine. We’re here to have a great time, regardless of the weather! No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions.

Acessesability

Limited camping access for disabled individuals with access to minor-draw power (wheelchair charging). The grounds are semi-primitive (umgraded gravel roads), with accessible hot showers, and accessible portasans.

RVs and Large Vehicles

RVs and Large Vehicles:

RV's are welcome, with an additional fee;

$125 without hookups (No Electric, No Water)

$200 with Electric only, in designated parking only.

Please note, there are no water hook-ups for RV's, and dumping on-site is not permitted.

Parking and Accommodation

Can I park my vehicle at my campsite? Yes, we offer a Camp by Car Upgrade for those who want to camp with their vehicle for added convenience. Space is limited, so we recommend purchasing a Camp by Car Pass in advance. Once parked at your campsite, cars cannot be moved until the end of the festival.

General parking is available free of charge for vehicles without a pass.

RVs & Large Vehicles
RVs and large vehicles are welcome with the purchase of an RV parking pass.
