Campfires are allowed at Stargazer Cannabis Festival, but only in designated fire rings. Please note: no fire rings are provided on-site, so attendees must bring their own if they plan to have a fire. Firewood is available for purchase at the festival for $20 per bundle. You are welcome to bring your own firewood, but it must be sourced from Pike County to help prevent the spread of invasive pests and insects.

We’re happy to announce that personal camp showers are permitted this year at Stargazer! Whether you bring a solar bag, a rinse station, or any other setup, you're welcome to stay fresh at your own campsite.

We simply ask that all campers be mindful and respectful of their neighbors when using personal showers. Please ensure that water runoff from your shower does not flow into other campsites or shared spaces.

For those who prefer a more comfortable option, we also offer access to our professional shower trailer, featuring hot showers for $10 per use. Shower trailer hours and location will be posted at the event and on our website.

Whether you go DIY or choose the trailer, we want everyone to stay clean and comfortable throughout the weekend! 

Weather Concerns: The festival will proceed rain or shine. We’re here to have a great time, regardless of the weather! No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions.

Limited camping access for disabled individuals with access to minor-draw power (wheelchair charging). The grounds are semi-primitive (umgraded gravel roads), with accessible hot showers, and accessible portasans. 

Can I park my vehicle at my campsite?   Yes, we offer a Camp by Car  Upgrade for those who want to camp with their vehicle for added convenience. Space is limited, so we recommend purchasing a Camp by Car Pass in advance. Once parked at your campsite, cars cannot be moved until the end of the festival. 

General parking is available free of charge for vehicles without a pass. 

RVs and Large Vehicles: 

Welcome, with an additional fee;

$125 without hookups (No Electric, No Water)  

$200 with Electric only, in designated parking only. 

Please note, there are no water hook-ups for RV's, and dumping on-site is not permitted.

Pets: No pets are allowed within the festival grounds.

Service Animals: Permitted with up-to-date vaccination records available for staff verification. Emotional support animals are not allowed.

Electricity is available as an Upgrade for $200per outlet and it is recommended to get your electric ordered in advance as it will effect where your campsite may be located.
